You Will Need: 

• 1 1/2 pounds chicken, cut in bite-sized pieces 
• 2 tbsp sunflower oil 
• 1 red bell pepper, cut in bite-sized pieces 
• 1 pouch Simply Organic General Tso's Simmer Sauce 

Directions: 

1. In a wide skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and stir-fry 5 to 7 minutes, until cooked through. Remove chicken and set aside. 
2. Add bell pepper to pan and stir fry 1 to 2 minutes, then return chicken to skillet. 
3. Add sauce and cook, stirring, 1 to 2 more minutes, until thickened slightly. Remove from heat. 
4. Serve with a side of steamed rice and sesame seed garnish.
