Use only under medical supervision: Replesta is for the dietary management of vitamin D deficiency. Each chewable wafer contains 50,000 IU vitamin D3.

The Healthy Habit Chart 

The healthy habit chart is a simple and easy-to-use support tool. Just write down the date you take Replesta® and use the chart as a helpful reminder of when to take your next dose. Take Replesta exactly how your health care practitioner directs.

Take 1 Replesta wafer once weekly (every seven days) for 8 weeks or as directed by your health care practitioner. After completing the 8 weeks, continue with a maintenance dose of Vitamin D or as directed by your health care practitioner. Wafers must be chewed or crushed. Do not swallow whole wafers.

Dextrose, CapsuDar® microencapsulated vitamin D3, EVNol™ palm tocotrienols complex, magnesium stearate, natural flavors.

Storage: Room temperature (max 25° C / 77° F). Do not store at extreme temperatures.
