Nutrients for mom 

Antioxidants Vitamins C and E, Vitamins A and Zinc for immune system support 

Provides essential nutrients for pregnancy such as Vitamin D, Calcium, Choline and Vitamin B12 

Nutrients for baby 

Folic Acid for healthy spinal cord development and DHA and Choline for healthy brain development 

Vitamin D and Calcium for bone and teeth development 

Adults take three (3) gummies daily, with or without food. May be taken all at the same time or split throughout the day as desired. 

Tapioca syrup, sugar, water, algal oil (schizochytrium SP.)

Less than 2% of: natural flavors, pectin, citric acid, sodium citrate, colors (fruit and vegetable juice concentrates, annatto extract), coconut oil, carnuba wax.
