For your best skin, get a good night's sleep. Sleep is the time your body repairs itself, so give it a rest and wake up beautiful. Retinol can supercharge your sleep by increasing skin cell turnover so you wake up you beautiful best.

Cleanse face and pat skin dry. Apply toner and serums as needed. Apply a dime-sized amount to your fingertips and smooth onto face. Can be applied to face, neck, decollete and back of hands. Begin using only 2 or 3 times a week. Always use a sunscreen during the day when using any retinol product.
