Origin 

Tanzania Lemongrass is a genus of about fifty five species of grasses, native to warm temperate and tropical regions. It is a popular herb in Thai and Indian cooking. Its botanical name is ‘Cymbopogon Citratus’ and makes a cooling, clear and crisp tea. Lemongrass is known to relieve fatigue, is soothing to the stomach and can be drunk before bed to induce sleep. Blends well with many other herbs such as spearmint and ginger. Caffeine free.
