Pancakes (4")

• Whisk water and mix in a large bowl until well blended.
• Heat tightly oiled griddle or skillet on medium heat. Pour batter onto griddle using 2 Tbsp. batter for each pancake.
• Cook until edges are dry, flip and brown other side. About 1 1/2 minutes each side.

Waffles (4")

• Preheat waffle iron on high heat setting.
• Whisk water and mix in a large bowl until well blended.
• Pour batter onto preheated waffle iron.
• Cook on high according to waffle iron instructions and serve.
