Olympian Labs Ionic Zinc is a rich, concentrated liquid dietary supplement that provides 30 mg of zinc sulfate per serving in an ionic form-the form most widely recognized by the body. The balanced liquid form allows for variable dosing.

Shake well. Using the metered dropper, take 0.25 - 0.75 ml daily with juice/food to mask the concentrated mineral flavor. Due to the concentrated nature of this product, we recommend spreading the serving size throughout the day and taking it on a full stomach.

Purified water, citric acid, <0.1% potassium benzoate (for freshness).
