Looking for the authentic Hawaiian flavor of Kalua Pork but don't have time to build an IMU (underground oven)? Look NOH further. Our Kalua Seasoning Salt has all the taste without all the hassle! Great for plate lunches, tacos, pulled pork sliders and more.

5 lbs pork (shoulder, butt, loin)

2 tablespoons Kalua seasoning salt

Crock pot / slow cooker: Sprinkle Kalua seasoning over pork. Place in crock pot on low heat. Cook for 6-10 hours. Shred with fork.

Oven baked: Sprinkle Kalua seasoning over pork. Place in shallow pan and tightly cover with foil. Bake at 275 degrees F for 6-10 hours. Shred with forks.

Sea salt, hickory smoke, safflower oil (as a processing aid) and tricalcium phosphate.

Note: Remove desiccant bag before use.
