Muffins:
Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease muffin pan (or use paper cups).
Combine 2 eggs, 1/4 cup oil and 1 cup water. Add mix and blend well.
Bake 12-15 minutes or until tops turn a light golden brown. Make about 12 muffins.
Scone:
Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Cut 8 tablespoons cold butter into dry mix using pastry blender or forks until somewhat crumbly. Add 2 beaten eggs and 1/3 cup milk and stir until just combined.
Shape into 8 disks, wetting fingers of needed. Sprinkle with sugar if desired.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
