What You Need

• 1/3 C coconut oil (or oil of choice) 
• 2/3 C water
• 3 eggs

Baking instructions

1. Heat oven to 325° F. Line muffin tin or lightly grease. Set aside.
2. Beat eggs, oil, and water until combined. Add muffin mix. Stir until combined. Pour into muffin tin. Makes 12 muffins**
3. Bake at 325° F for 15-18 mins or until golden brown.
