Swirl a powder brush over the powder, tap of the excess, and apply onto the face and neck to set makeup. 

• Unscrew cap, turn inner dial to reveal opening and remove sticker. 
• Carefully pour powder into cap. Gently glide a brush over powder and tap off excess. 
• When not in use, move dial to cover opening.
