Chocolate Cake

• 3 Eggs 
• 1/3 cup Oil, melted Coconut Oil or melted Butter/Ghee 
• 1/3 cup Water 
• 1 package Bob's Red Mill® Grain Free Chocolate Cake Mix 

Preheat oven to 350°F; oil an 8-inch round cake pan and line with parchment paper. 

Whisk together eggs, oil, water and cake mix in a large bowl. Spread evenly in prepared cake pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 25-30 minutes. Let cool completely before slicing and frosting, if desired. 

Makes one 8-inch cake. 

Paleo baking flour (blanched almond flour, arrowroot starch, organic coconut flour, tapioca flour), organic coconut sugar, cocoa (processed with alkali), cocoa, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt.
