Discussion: Native to many Asiatic countries, kudzu is a climbing vine that belongs to the pea family. It grows very rapidly and produces a large, fibrous root in the process. Kudzu root is used in both Japanese cooking and in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Use only as directed. Take one vegetarian capsule daily with a meal or glass of water.
